Job Title: Preschool Teacher

Location: Bahrain

Job Description: The main role of the teacher is to create a learning environment where all students and challenged according to their ability, using effective teaching and assessment strategies that enhances their knowledge, skills and understanding

Start Date: August 2026

Responsibilities:

1. To plan collaboratively with Subject and grade/subject team teachers and coordinators

2. Planning based on student learning outcomes derived from the BC curriculum

3. Plan assessment strategies throughout the planning process

4. To plan according to a range of ability levels so that all students are challenged through differentiation

5. To work in collaboration with educational support

Requirements:

• Bachelors/ Education/ PGCE Degree

• Excellent relational skills are essential, including the ability to relate professionally and must be able to work well independently and cooperatively, and to use discretion when handling confidential information.

• Should be able to prioritize tasks and responsibilities well and work efficiently. Ability to read, write and speak English fluently is essential.

• Willingness and enthusiasm for working with multidisciplinary team.
