Teaching Positions – Primary, Middle School, and High School

Location: Hanoi, Vietnam

Byron Recruitment is seeking committed, student‑focused educators to join partner international and bilingual schools in Hanoi. We are recruiting teachers across Primary, Middle School, and High School levels for the following subjects: Science, Business Studies, Economics, and History.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum and student learning goals

• Create an inclusive classroom environment that supports students of varying abilities and backgrounds

• Assess student learning through a range of formative and summative methods

• Provide clear, constructive feedback to support academic and personal growth

• Use student data to guide instructional decisions and enhance learning outcomes

• Work collaboratively with grade‑level and subject teams on curriculum planning and instructional practices

• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress

• Participate in professional development, team meetings, and school community events

• Support extracurricular activities as required

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a degree directly related to the teaching subject

• Certified teaching licence (for example: PGCE, QTS or equivalent)

• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience

• Strong classroom management and the ability to foster positive student relationships

• Proficiency in spoken and written English

Nice to Have

• Experience teaching in international or bilingual school environments

• Familiarity with international curricula such as Cambridge, IB, or American programs

• Ability to integrate educational technology into teaching and assessment
