Job Description: Guitar Instructor

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Guitar Instructor to inspire students of varying ages and skill levels in Classical and Acoustic guitar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach guitar, specifically classical and acoustic (and/or electric), to students up to higher grades (up to Grade 8).

• Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans in line with the academy's teaching standards, following a reputable international syllabus (e.g., London College of Music Syllabus).

• Mentor and guide students toward building technique, performance skills, and musicality.

• Prepare students for recitals, examinations, and competitions.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Music, with a specialization in Guitar preferred.

• Proven experience in teaching guitar to children and adults (2-3 years).

• Effective communication (English) and strong people skills.

• Ability to inspire and engage students in a positive learning environment.
