Job Overview: Byron Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Elementary Homeroom Teacher for an esteemed International School in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that adhere to the British Columbia curriculum.

• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for learning.

• Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback and support.

• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the school administration to ensure the holistic development of students.

• Participate in extracurricular activities and school events to enhance the educational experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.

• Valid teaching certification.

• Must have or be willing to obtain British Columbia (BC) teaching credentials.

• Previous experience in an elementary school setting is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to adapt to a multicultural environment and work collaboratively with a diverse team.
