Job Title: ICT / Computers Science Fundamentals Teacher

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Elementary Computers Science Fundamentals Teacher to join our new Canadian International School team in UlaanBaatar, Mongolia as soon as possible. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching elementary school students and guiding them towards academic success. Our school was founded in 2022, and as a newly established international school, those joining the faculty will have an opportunity to affect the growth and direction of school.

We are a bilingual school, where Expat English Teachers co-teach with a local teacher. Homeroom responsibilities include teaching Elementary Math, Science, Social Studies and English.

Start Date: September 2025

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement lesson plans that align with the school curriculum and meet the individual needs of students.

• Establish and maintain a positive and safe learning environment for students.

• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents.

• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement school-wide initiatives.

• Attend and participate in school events, such as parent-teacher conferences, staff meetings, and professional development sessions.

• Uphold school policies and procedures, including those related to student behavior and academic integrity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.

• Teaching certification or licensure.

• Newly qualified teachers welcome

• Strong knowledge of elementary school curriculum and teaching methods.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff.

• Fluency in English.

• There is no age limit for International Teachers in Mongolia

Salary and Benefits: 2 year contract
