About the Role

Teachers will support multilingual learners in an international school environment, helping students develop the academic English and subject skills needed to succeed across the curriculum.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons.

• Subject specific lesson planning and delivery

• Provide in‑class support and co‑teaching to help students access grade‑level content.

• Adapt instructional materials and strategies to meet diverse learning needs.

• Collaborate with subject teachers to develop language‑rich learning experiences.

• Offer small‑group or one‑to‑one support for students requiring targeted intervention.

• Communicate regularly with families regarding student growth and learning goals.

• Contribute to the development of policies, assessment practices, and curriculum planning.

• Participate in school events, professional learning, and departmental meetings.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education - business related field speciality

• Teaching certification or license

• Strong understanding of language‑acquisition principles and differentiation strategies.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural, multilingual environment.

• Clear communication skills and a student‑focused approach to teaching.

Nice to Have

• Master’s degree in related discipline.

• Experience working in an international school setting.

• Familiarity with standardized language assessments.

• Experience with co‑teaching or integrated support models.
