Job Description: Ballet Instructor

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Ballet Instructor to inspire students of varying ages and skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach classical ballet techniques, posture, alignment,

flexibility, and coordination to students of all ages and skill

levels.

• Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans in line with IAID’s

dance curriculum. (We follow the BTDA syllabus.)

• Train students for performances, recitals, and dance

examinations.

• Provide individualized feedback and support to help

students achieve technical and artistic growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Dance

(specialization in Ballet preferred).

• Strong background in classical ballet; knowledge of

contemporary or other dance styles is an added advantage.

• Prior teaching experience with children and adults in group

and individual settings (2-3 Years).

• Excellent communication skills (English) and a positive,

encouraging teaching approach.

• Passion for dance education and performance.
